EUROBOND FC WATER PROOFING

Eurobond FC is a specially formulated two-component epoxy based water proofing compound for concrete and cement flooring. Special compounds present in Eurobond FC act as a heat barrier to concrete structures.

EUROBOND 5657 MUTIPURPOSE COATING

Eurobond 5657 is a very low viscosity epoxy resin system for sealing / waterproofing concrete structures, mixed with sand to make epoxy mortar systems, metal coating for corrosion resistance and wood coating for protection and decorative purpose, mixed with pigments to be used as industrial floor coating systems and is highly recommended for injection crack grouting.

EUROBOND 5056 PROTECTIVE COATING

Eurobond 5056 is a tar based 100% solids low viscosity epoxy resin system which provides excellent chemical and physical protection against corrosive and hard wearing environment. It has outstanding performance against sea water and crude oil. It is highly recommended for use in permanent waterproofing of pipes, drains, sewerage works, piles, basements, road and bridge nosing repairs.
Eurobond 5056 can also be used for the protection of steel against corrosion and other civil engineering applications requiring a black, chemical, fuel and oil resistant high build epoxy coating.

EURO GROUT GROUTING

Euro Grout is a specially formulated two-component epoxy resin based grouting for Pump Bases, Equipment Pads, Engines & Compressors, Automobile Crushing Equipment, Repair Existing Foundations, and Machinery Base plates, Process Equipment, Concrete Crack Repair Chemical Pumps, Pedestals, Column Repairs and Structural Steel Supports.
Euro Grout is highly recommended for machinery base plates that support rotating equipment such as pumps and motors that tend to vibrate. Machinery base plates grouted with Euro Grout rather than concrete have a reputation for staying in alignment and lasting longer with less downtime.
It is long lasting due to its strength and resistance to degradation due to corrosion.

INDUSTRIAL FLOOR COATINGS

Eurobond offers EUROFLOOR (EuroPrime & EuroFloor Coat), a 100% solids epoxy floor coating that has been engineered to mechanically bond to most surfaces, including concrete and cement floors. EuroFloor coatings are extensively used in commercial and industrial settings, providing the highest level of durability, chemical resistance, concrete sweating, sealing moisture and/or reducing dust, and for appearance sake.

EURO PRIME

Euro Prime is a specially formulated 100% solids very low viscosity two-component epoxy based floor coating system primarily used as a primer coat. It’s a coating that improves the adhesion or perhaps more importantly, the performance, of the topcoat coating. It seals the concrete surface providing a really strong bond between the prime coat and the substrate, with the prime coat then providing a clean, fresh non porous surface for the top coating to adhere to. Available in clear and pigmented versions.

EUROFLOOR COAT

EuroFloor Coat is a specially formulated 100% solids medium viscosity two-component epoxy floor coating system primarily used as a top coat. Two or three coats of EuroFloor would give a dry film thickness of 3-4mm which is resistant to abrasion, impact and a wide range of chemicals. Available only in pigmented version.
